We chose this hotel as it was located near the main street and just a short taxi ride away from Affandi's museum. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with comforts like TV, fridge, and kettle. the staff did their best to assist us, despite some language barriers. the mattress was so comfortable, giving us the best sleep in weeks. the bathroom was fine, although the shower mixer was a bit temperamental.

The breakfast wasn't up to our liking thus, we requested for a preferred breakfast and was duly served what we wanted the following morning. Therefore, we thought the staffs were flexible about it. And breakfast was served to our room. There were complimentary instant packet coffee given per person in the room daily. There was a small convenience store right next to the hotel thus you could buy necessities you require easily. It closes at 10pm Jogja time though.
There was a foul smell in the toilet. However we took matters in our own hands and bought a small bottle of clorox and mothballs to remove the smell.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped, although it could benefit from providing shower gel and toiletries. The location was great, as it was peaceful and allowed us to sleep very well. Additionally, the hotel staff was helpful and accommodating. Renting a motorbike through the hotel was easy and smooth, making transportation in and around this city convenient.
Nothing.

The staff and the room are the best. It's one of the bests hotels that we have been for this price. Good Breakfast, good bed, toilet, etc. Actually was very difficult to find a good hotel in Yogya. I spend like 5 hours because the hotels were horrible and cheap or good and freaking expensive. It's very modern as well.
Everything was nearly perfect. The only bad thing that I can think about is the location. It's a little bit difficult to find. Is like 3 km away from the city centre.

convenience, friendly, casual n relax like at home
a bit noisy of vehicles , sound proof wall has to be installed. Lobby area and breakfast hall should be separated.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Gejayan and I was really impressed with my experience. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable and I felt like I got a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was great. The rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious, and the bathroom was well-equipped. I was also pleased to find basic amenities provided. Lastly, the location was perfect. It was easy to access taxis or even walk down to the town. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Gejayan.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were just fine.

The Hotel and the location especially the City "Jogjakarta". The Hotel just new, but have a big prospect of getting huge in popularity among the area. The warm welcome of java culture is the best to discover. The Owner of the Hotel was excellent!! Definitely recommend to others, friends and colleague.
The attentive of staff still need to be improved

The rooms are really big and cozy with a big bed. Everything is clean and nice and you always get water, coffee or tea for free. The rooms have water boiler and a fridge.
The employees did hardly speak English, so ist is difficult to communicate if you don't know a bit Indonesian. Breakfast is very simple but still ok. Always take a card of the Hotel with you, because it is somehow difficult to find for the taxi drivers.

I recently had a lovely stay at a hotel in Yogyakarta. The hotel is located in a strategic area called Gejayan, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I found the rooms to be spacious, clean, and tidy, with attention to detail like clean bedware and towels provided daily. The bathroom was especially impressive, with a wide and clean shower area. The basic amenities provided were more than satisfactory, adding value to our stay.
All in all, everything was just fine.

Very nice and cosy hotel in the middle of the city. Easy to reach all touristic attractions, shopping malls, restaurants, etc.. Quiet location. Service was excellent. We could get breakfast always to the room and even later than it was written in the information of the hotel. Hotel is good maintained, clean. We were upgraded to suite deluxe and the room was two floors and spacious. There were few problems in the bathroom but was fixed immediatelly after request. For the ones who would like to be in the center of touristic attractions, this hotel might be a bit too far espiacially if you want to go to the main touristic bars and places every night. Then you have to take taxi and you might spend some time in a traffic jam every day. We used scooter, which is the most common vehicle in here so didn't had any problems with reaching desirable spots in the city.
I would say the choice of breakfast is poor, just American (bread, juice and fruit) and Indonesian (egg or chicken and rice) style. Even though TV is not a main thing during the holiday, there were just main Indonesian channels, but no international movie or music channels what might be useful for a longer stay.

Nice Rooms and Helpful Staff
During our city break, we stayed at a hotel with nice and spacious rooms. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. The hotel was located in a convenient area, close to public transportation and a convenience store. The air conditioning was working well and the bathroom was clean.
The breakfast was not very satisfactory. The food was cold and not very appetizing.

The rooms were really nice and spacious. The bathroom was well equiped, but they didnt have shower gel and toiletries, (so don't forget to pack your own). Very clean and comfortable. If you have your own transport, it's approximately 30mins from the airport, 1 hour from Borobudur Temple and 30mins from Kraton Palace and Prambanan Temple.
The breakfast was very minimal, we got tea/coffee, toast and a banana each. I don't think they had much of a variety. It seems like a small family run business and therefore I think they very limited on staff. It is very well maintained and you can't knock them for making the effort. It is difficult to locate, but if you call the hotel, i am sure they will direct your driver.
